We are looking for a Senior Project Manager E-Commerce & Digital Services to join our digital team based in Geneva. A true conductor, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects and providing operational support for the e-commerce activity on a large international scale, covering Switzerland, India, Brazil, Mexico, the LATAM region, and Travel Retail Americas. Your role will be to turn our digital ambitions into concrete successes in these key markets, combining methodological rigor and business vision.
MAIN MISSIONS
1. Strategic & Operational Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects in the e-commerce & digital services roadmap (design, planning, execution, and delivery).
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous coordination of testing phases (UAT) and post-go-live follow-up.
- Anticipate risks, document key steps, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
2. Business & Marketing Synergy
- Work closely with markets and divisions to translate business needs into effective acquisition, engagement, and loyalty strategies.
- Act as the central point of contact (hub) between cross-functional teams: Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations to align digital objectives with field realities.
- Implement necessary changes to maximize the adoption of new digital services by end users.
3. Performance Culture (Data & ROI)
- Manage performance KPIs (conversion, traffic, average basket) and engagement to continuously optimize the impact of e-commerce projects.
- Conduct post-implementation Business Case analyses to measure and maximize the added value of digital services.
- Maintain constant market trend monitoring to propose innovative and growth-generating optimizations.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree (University or Business School) with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in e-commerce and digital services, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Marketing & Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, CRM, social networks) and web analytics tools to drive business performance.
- Leadership & Project Management: Excellent skills in managing complex projects, demonstrating natural leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Soft Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented profile, with strong listening skills and agility in the face of change.
- Languages: Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an additional asset.
