Technical Consultant Dynamics

• Implementation of requirements specified by the consultant or architect and support of system architectures for Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Sales/Marketing, and Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Implementation and management of the «test automation software»
• Coordination of tests for release changes together with key users
• Development and optimization of automation workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps
• Creation of interfaces
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Maintenance of authorization roles
• Documentation in Confluence

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• You are versatile and have an affinity for the technical side as well as for maintaining computer systems.
• You enjoy teamwork but are also independent and document which tools you need to use.
• Several years of experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid knowledge in D365 system architecture, LCS, Power Platform, Dataverse
• Experience in Azure cloud technologies
• Experience in developing and implementing interfaces including Microsoft Dual Write, REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and SOAP
• Knowledge of software development in D365
• Ability to conduct system and business process analyses to identify and implement optimization potentials
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as initiative, responsibility, and team spirit
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good English skills
