Job Description

You assist the reception team in welcoming and taking care of our clientele
You participate in managing arrivals and departures check-in & check-out
You contribute to handling reservations, information requests, and concierge services
You ensure the quality of service and compliance with the standards and procedures in force within our establishment
You work closely with the various hotel departments to ensure an optimal customer experience

Qualifications

Graduated from a hotel management program, you stand out for your excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and organization
Your rigor, team spirit, and motivation are your main assets
Fluent English is essential, any other language is a plus
Excellent presentation and attention to detail
A few years of experience in a similar position is required.
