Catering Staff Setup (m/f/d)
We are a popular congress and event venue in the Bernese Oberland. Events for up to 1500 people take place in the historic as well as modern rooms and are catered with delicacies from our own kitchen.
Our F&B team includes the departments kitchen, service, cleaning, and setup. We work hand in hand and support each other. For our season starting March 2026, we are looking for motivated hourly employees to support our setup team at various events and who are also willing to help out in other departments.

Your Tasks
- Assisting with the setup and teardown of events (stages, tables, chairs, etc.) inside our halls or outside in the Kursaal garden
- You will regularly be deployed on different days and at different times. Our working hours extend from Monday to Sunday, with the main deployment times depending on the season from Wednesday to Saturday.
- As a member of a cross-departmental team, you are motivated to take on tasks in other departments as well
Your Profile
- Completed training in a manual trade or professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Physically resilient
- Friendly interaction with guests and enjoyment in guest contact
- Good spoken German skills
- Open to tasks outside your area
