Head of Project Business (m/f/d) - Georg Fischer Piping Systems (Switzerland) AG, Schaffhausen

Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of a team of 3–4 employees
• Development and implementation of the strategy for the project business in Switzerland
• Establishment of efficient project processes including quotation, implementation, and follow-up
• Management and support of projects from acquisition to handover, responsibility for sales, margin, and project success
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, planners, architects, etc.
• Close cooperation with sales, technical department, internal service, and external partners
• Ensuring quality, budget compliance, and deadlines in the project business

Your Profile

• Technical or business education (e.g., HF/FH)
• Good experience in project business, ideally in construction/technical environment
• Leadership experience (also as a project manager with leadership responsibility)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and customer orientation
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and negotiation skills
• Very good German skills, French or English advantageous
