To strengthen our Waldhaus team, we are looking for a motivated buffet employee for Economat/coffee kitchen for the upcoming summer season in seasonal employment with the possibility of extension to the following season.

Your tasks

• Preparing and providing food for our extensive breakfast buffet
• Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks for breakfast
• Preparing cheese platters for breakfast and dinner service
• Co-responsible for the control of the dry food storage
• Daily cleaning tasks and co-responsible for compliance with HACCP
• Alternately with the team, responsible for cleaning and supervising our employee restaurant "Pacific"
• Only in summer: preparation and serving of drinks at the buffet of our summer terrace, as well as washing glasses and dishes
