Transport Clerk 40-60% (m/f/d)
CAMION TRANSPORT Schaffhausen | 3 – 5 afternoons from 1:30 pm
Start on June 1, 2026 or by arrangement
In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Center Schaffhausen, you are part of a 60-member family. Near the cantonal capital, you can expect outstanding infrastructure, modern work tools, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Operating the telephone switchboard at reception
- Recording and processing transport orders
- Recording and coordinating subsequent deliveries
- Administrative tasks in data entry and scanning
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- Support in processing loading lists
- Support for dispatch and irregularity service
- Various administrative tasks
What you bring
- Commercial basic training or comparable education
- Several years of experience in administrative work in the service sector or in the transport/logistics industry
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office products, SAP knowledge
- Precise, structured, and efficient working style
- Committed and flexible personality who can also cope in a lively environment and independently set priorities
- Organizational talent with communication skills
- Team player, well-groomed and friendly appearance
- Willingness to work in the afternoons from 1:30 pm
