DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE
- Application of SIGNAVIO to manage and support process optimization.
- Assist in standardizing and designing templates and processes into the new system
- Manage and optimize management documents in SharePoint and SIGNAVIO
- Participation in the development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives
- Assists with the activities of the QEHS&S and SCM departments
DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN
- Academic background (completed training) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields
- Knowledge/experience with process modeling or workflow analysis through academic projects or internships using tools like Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, Visio, LucidChart, ProcessMaker, Kissflow, and/or other BPMNs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to interpret process data with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (both levels B2↔C1), French is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
