Cloud Network Solution Architect, 80-100% (m/f/d)

As a Solution Architect, you shape the further development of our network and security infrastructure with a focus on Public Cloud and SASE/SSE. You are responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of modern network solutions and drive our cloud transformation forward together with architecture committees and engineering teams.

• You plan the design, implementation, further development, and optimization of network security solutions in hybrid cloud environments and represent the solutions in architecture committees if necessary
• The conception and technical leadership in the implementation of new requirements within projects and strategic initiatives are your responsibility
• You develop automation tools and promote the automated provisioning of our infrastructure
• You ensure the implementation and provision of network and security solutions in the overall context of the company and take over the support of solutions as a platform manager if necessary
• You participate in proactive monitoring of the network and security infrastructure, in fault analysis and troubleshooting in daily business, as well as in responding to security incidents and threats – including on-call duty

• You bring several years of experience as a Solution Architect or DevOps/Systems Engineer in a comparable role and company size, ideally combined with a technical education in computer science, cloud technologies, IT security, or telecommunications 
• Your solid knowledge in the areas of public cloud, SASE/SSE, CI/CD pipelines, IaC/Terraform, ZTNA/VPN, SAML/OIDC, WAF, proxies, firewalling, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS as well as security standards and norms form your technical basis 
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication skills are also required to clearly convey complex content 
• You have an interest in new technologies and a willingness to familiarize yourself with further network and security topics and acquire the necessary expertise 
• Fluent German and business fluent English complete your profile
