Your Tasks
- You take care of recording and processing customer data, sending customer cards, answering info emails and inquiries via the hotline and customer programs
 - You support the planning and implementation of campaigns
 - You create and coordinate the induction programs for TopCC management employees
 - You prepare various evaluations and handle general tasks
 - You actively contribute to CRM projects
 
Your Profile
- You have a commercial education and professional experience, preferably in sales or internal service
 - You have solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as experience with SAP/R3
 - You have a good command of the German language and can express yourself confidently in spoken and written form
 - You are characterized by precise working methods, high organizational skills, and a strong quality awareness
 - You are always focused on the needs of customers and provide first-class service
