- Optimize the performance of production lines
- Ensure reliability by constantly monitoring the availability and proper functioning of the facilities
- Manage and unite teams while fostering a good working spirit, ensuring the health and safety of everyone
- Operationally support the two team leaders
- Guarantee and apply the standards of our QMS: ISO 9001:2015
- Organize, supervise and control the start-ups and shutdowns of the facilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maintenance is carried out in production
- Convey the production manager's directives to the teams and ensure their proper implementation on site.
- Degree in milling (fodder or bakery products), with relevant experience in fodder manufacturing or equivalent training
- Experience in manufacturing with pellet presses
- Team management skills and availability to cover for millers if necessary
- Knowledge of Bühler machines and/or experience in fully automated production projects
- Extensive experience in computer-aided production management (CAPM)
- Excellent command of German and French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
