We are looking for a results-oriented personality who actively supports the implementation of lean and improvement projects on the shop floor as a Lean Engineer / Junior Project Manager Production. You take responsibility for subprojects and develop step by step into an independent project management role.

Your new tasks
- Implementation and participation in lean projects
- Conducting value stream analyses to optimize our processes
- Implementation of improvements directly in the production environment
- Close collaboration with direct presence in all factory departments
Your talents and experience
- Completed studies with a technical and/or economic focus
- First experience in an industrial environment (e.g., through internships, working student activities, or initial professional experience)
- Basic knowledge of lean methods, process optimization, and project management
- Enjoy communication and teamwork; high initiative and strong willingness to learn; structured and analytical thinking
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
