Your Tasks
- Professional and organizational management of the Gastroenterology Department
- Further development of diagnostic and therapeutic standards including endoscopy
- Ensuring high-quality, guideline-compliant patient care
- Leadership, promotion, and further development of the interdisciplinary team
- Expansion of the gastroenterological service spectrum and active shaping of strategic processes
- Cooperation with referrers (m/f/d) and external partners
- Participation in on-call and standby duties
Your Profile
- Specialist (m/f/d) in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
- Several years of clinical experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Solid knowledge in interventional and diagnostic endoscopy
- High sense of responsibility and pronounced communication skills
- Enthusiasm for innovation, willingness to shape, and strategic thinking
- Motivation to actively further develop a growing department
