- You actively shape the implementation of our educational mandate and contribute your ideas
- You plan, accompany, and evaluate the educational processes of our apprentices and students according to the training plan and learning objectives
- You support apprentices and students in challenging situations – both professionally and personally – especially in dealing with medical conditions and crisis situations
- You participate in the further development of our educational concept, both on the ward and hospital-wide
This is what you bring with you
- A diploma as a nursing specialist HF and at least two years of professional experience
- The trainer course and basic training in didactics and pedagogy (SVEB certificate level 1) or the motivation to acquire these qualifications promptly
- A responsible, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to make a difference together as a team
