Your tasks:
- Independently perform inspection tasks and small repairs
- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
- Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
- Manage small repair projects
- Maintain green spaces
- Perform various cleaning tasks
Your profile:
- Federal VET diploma as an operations agent or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a similar activity
- Skilled with hands, capable of performing various tasks
- Good experience in administrative and technical management of small project sites
- Mastery of French
- Good use of common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving license required (company car provided)
- Autonomous, dynamic, reactive, priority management, good communication
- Sense of interpersonal relations and service
