• Independent management of kitchen and interior construction projects
• Coordination of customers, architects, suppliers, and installation teams
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Development of technical solutions in kitchen and furniture construction
• Organization and supervision of production and installation
• Conducting customer meetings and site inspections

• Training as a carpenter EFZ or comparable manual training
• Further training as a project manager, technician HF or equivalent
• Experience in kitchen construction or interior construction is an advantage
• Good CAD skills (e.g. Winner, AutoCAD or similar)
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
