What tasks will you take on?
- You are a sparring partner for managers and employees – competent, solution-oriented, and close to the business
- You accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit
- You take over the recruiting process and work closely with our internal recruiting team
- You drive exciting HR and business projects forward and make processes more efficient
- You ensure the implementation of HR policies and compliance
- You create and analyze HR reports
What do we expect from you?
- You have a completed degree and/or further training in the field of Human Resources
- You have experience as an HR Business Partner or as an HR expert
- You have knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- You bring communication skills, consulting competence, and a confident appearance
- Ideally, you are familiar with SAP and the corresponding SuccessFactors modules
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
