HR Business Partner (12 months fixed-term) 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for 12 months. In this role, you are not only a competent partner for our managers and employees but also work on innovative and future-oriented HR solutions.

Do you see yourself as a consultant and initiator for managers and employees on HR topics in an international environment? Do you want to optimize processes, drive projects forward, and enable data-based decisions? Then you are right with us!  

What tasks will you take on?

• You are a sparring partner for managers and employees – competent, solution-oriented, and close to the business
• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit
• You take over the recruiting process and work closely with our internal recruiting team
• You drive exciting HR and business projects forward and make processes more efficient
• You ensure the implementation of HR policies and compliance
• You create and analyze HR reports

What do we expect from you?

• You have a completed degree and/or further training in the field of Human Resources
• You have experience as an HR Business Partner or as an HR expert 
• You have knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
• You bring communication skills, consulting competence, and a confident appearance
• Ideally, you are familiar with SAP and the corresponding SuccessFactors modules
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
