Your Tasks
- Manual and machine reconditioning of engine parts: grinding, riveting, sealing, gluing, cleaning, sand and shot blasting
- Compliance with aviation regulations as well as safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Application of lean principles (Lean Events, 5S)
- Participation in the development and implementation of new processes and improvements
- Support and assistance in other areas
- Accurate work according to work instructions and documentation of work steps
- Participation in internal training and continuous education
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, machine mechanic)
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style according to quality standards
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and reliable personality; flexible in work deployment
- IT skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills at level A2
- Work in a 2-shift system
