Your Tasks

Manual and machine reconditioning of engine parts: grinding, riveting, sealing, gluing, cleaning, sand and shot blasting
Compliance with aviation regulations as well as safety, quality, and operational requirements
Application of lean principles (Lean Events, 5S)
Participation in the development and implementation of new processes and improvements
Support and assistance in other areas
Accurate work according to work instructions and documentation of work steps
Participation in internal training and continuous education

Your Profile

Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, machine mechanic)
Independent, precise, and responsible working style according to quality standards
Open-minded, team-oriented, and reliable personality; flexible in work deployment
IT skills, especially MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills at level A2
Work in a 2-shift system
