Job Description

As Chef de Rang, you are a host with style, overview, and genuine joy in your profession. You accompany our guests with attention and charm – from the first glass to the last espresso.

• You manage your own station in the Saveurs restaurant – from mise en place to farewell
• You conduct the service with calm and presence – and keep an overview even in intense moments
• You competently advise our guests on food and beverage selection
• You support orders, training, and the further development of our service concept
• You are flexibly deployable – from breakfast service to dinner

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Rang – ideally in upscale gastronomy
• Joy in the host role and a confident, warm demeanor
• Fluent language skills in at least two of the three languages German | English | French
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Openness to teamwork, new ideas, and digital tools
• Willingness to work early, middle, and late shifts – also on weekends and holidays
