About the job
What you can achieve
- As the central contact person, you take care of customers, partners, and visitors - by phone, email, and on site.
- The complete processing of orders in SAP including internal and external coordination is your responsibility.
- With a keen eye for detail, you handle invoices, credit notes, and the processing of complaints.
- You are responsible for maintaining and managing master data and checking and posting invoices.
- You carry out the monthly and annual closing tasks in the relevant systems with the necessary precision and punctuality.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by initial experience in a similar role.
- You feel comfortable in a versatile hub function and appreciate the exchange with customers as well as internal interfaces.
- Language-wise, you convince with very good German skills; English and/or French are a plus.
- You find it easy to work with IT systems - especially SAP or comparable applications.
- Even in hectic phases, you keep an overview, work in a structured way, and bring the necessary flexibility to the team.
