Your Tasks

Together with your team colleagues, you take responsibility for the inpatient operation as well as overarching controlling tasks

You are co-responsible for planning and closing processes of the elderly centers (90 million turnover) as well as ensuring the business management consulting of the management

You contribute your financial know-how in projects

Together with your colleagues, you further develop our BI and train the management

Your Profile

Solid education and further training in business administration and/or controlling

At least 3 years of experience in controlling, experience in the healthcare sector is a plus

Solid, advanced EXCEL skills

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, ERP systems are an advantage)

Structured working style and a pronounced sense of personal responsibility

Good communication skills with different stakeholders
