To support us, we are looking for a Client Communication Business Analyst (m/f/x) 80-100% to join the Digital Transformation & Information Systems department within the Client Communication Solutions Service. This position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to support our digital transformation initiatives.

The missions awaiting you:

• Identify, collect, and structure functional and technical needs related to client communication challenges, their digitalization, and the management of their preferences
• Work closely with development teams and solution architects to ensure the coherence and feasibility of proposed solutions
• Write functional and non-functional specifications, as well as user stories, in line with business requirements
• Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives, taking into account operational and regulatory constraints
• Facilitate scoping workshops with stakeholders (business experts, IT development team, etc.)
• Lead agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Ensure smooth communication between business units (product owners, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams (release management, testing, architecture)
• Actively contribute to document governance: decision traceability, reporting, and audit recommendation follow-up

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical orientation and ideally in the insurance field
• Higher professional education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent qualification) in Computer Science or a technical field with a computer science component
• Proven versatile experience in business analysis, solution integration, project management, and collaboration with delivery teams (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers, etc.) on topics related to client communication and documentation
• Very good command of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) combined with a very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Native French speaker, proficient in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
