We are looking for an office manager for the Mediation Office and the Arbitration Authority for Rental Matters Plessur starting March 1, 2025 or by agreement
Your area of responsibility
- Comprehensive administrative case management (mail processing, deadline and cost controls, general communication with parties, lawyers, and authorities, etc.) including independent drafting of various correspondences and procedural orders
- Organization and follow-up of mediation and arbitration negotiations
- Contact person for telephone, electronic, and written inquiries of all kinds
- Maintaining necessary statistics, managing office supplies, etc.
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Ideally professional experience at a court, in a law firm, or in public administration
- Flawless German language skills
- Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise way of working
- Reliable, cheerful, and empathetic personality
