CNC Operator / Setup Technician for Swiss Turning

Do you master the art of Swiss turning and get CNC machines running? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for an experienced CNC Setup Technician/Operator for Swiss Turning (m/f/d) to start immediately.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Setting up multi-axis CNC Swiss turning machines (Siemens, Okuma OSP, Miyano Mitsubishi M730, Fanuc, Tsugami/Fanuc)

• Independently manufacturing complex precision turned parts according to the production plan

• Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs

• Setting up and programming holder robots (Fanuc control)

• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes

• Ensuring high quality of the workpieces

• Troubleshooting production disruptions

• Contributing ideas for process improvement

To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ

• Professional experience as a setup technician

• Knowledge of machine types Okuma, Miyano, or Index Swiss turning machines

• Knowledge of controls Okuma, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens

• Good 3-dimensional spatial imagination

• German language skills at least A2
