The school-based childcare of the city of Baden is integrated into the Baden public school system. Modular daycare structures are offered at nine locations of kindergartens and primary schools in Baden.

Your tasks

• Educational, personnel, organizational, and financial management and further development of the childcare operation
• Ensuring a high-quality and resource-oriented childcare offer
• Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines
• Strengthening cooperation with the school
• Planning, coordination, and optimization of internal processes, deployment planning, and annual goals
• Participation in the cross-location management team for strategic and operational development

Your profile

• Specialized training at FH or HF level
• Leadership training in the field of non-profit organizations and childcare facilities
• Extensive professional experience in school-based childcare and ideally in a leadership role
• Self-conception as a committed leader in a learning organization
• Enjoyment of working with children
• Strong social and communication skills
• Flexible, resilient, and proactive thinking and acting personality
