Ward Assistant (FaGe/MPA) at the Forensic Psychiatry Clinic inpatient 80 - 100%

For the Center for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient (ZFPS) we are looking for you as of November 1, 2025 or by arrangement

• You work on a highly secured ward and switch between small group settings and individual settings
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team, contribute to daily structuring and shaping the living environment
• You treat and care for patients from the penal system for crisis intervention and measures
• You handle emails, phone calls and take on organizational ward tasks
• You perform administrative work in various programs
• You take on medical-technical tasks if needed
• You are willing to assist across wards as needed

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant or health professional
• High service orientation towards internal and external customers
• Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You possess exceptionally high social skills
• You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
