Ensure optimal organization of care by prioritizing the well-being and safety of residents. Your main responsibilities
- Assess situations, identify the needs and resources of residents
- Determine the objectives and services to be provided in accordance with the resident's life project and their relatives.
- Provide care in compliance with standards and rules
- Participate in interdisciplinary dynamics
- Participate in the objectives and various projects of the service
- HES diploma or equivalent (CRS recognition required, or in progress)
- RAI training, an asset
- Good stress management and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility in work schedule organization (continuous and split shifts, on-call, etc.)
- A strong interest in elderly people
- Permanent contract
