- Process responsible for person-centered care and support of our residents
- Responsible as day manager for a smooth daily business operation
- Active participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
- Recording and active action in complex, rapidly changing situations
- Interprofessional collaboration especially with therapy staff and our in-house medical service
- Enjoyment of medical-technical tasks
- Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
- Professional experience and enjoyment in working with people with dementia
- Motivation and ability to commit to an advanced and innovative understanding of care
- Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation
- Organizational talent who keeps a cool head even in hectic situations
- Open communication and feedback culture

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
