YOU WORK FOR WE®

For our WE Store, we are looking for an apprentice who enjoys working on the sales floor with enthusiasm and ambition. Do you like to take initiative, "connect" with people, feel comfortable in a family-like environment, and like to contribute your ideas? As an apprentice at WE Fashion, you will go through a practical training program complemented by internal training and our e-learning platform WE Academy. This way, we guide you step by step into the daily business of fashion retail. Besides your trainer and store manager, your personal contact at headquarters is always available for your questions and support. In short: We accompany you in the best possible way during your career start.

Visual merchandising

Store management

Cash register management

Back office administration

Corporate strategy as an influence on store management

Cost management

Key figures planning & control
