Geneva
To strengthen the Marketing and Communications department, we are looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist (100%)
Your tasks:
- You manage the marketing and communication activities of several legal teams (events, various documents, preparation of application files for legal directories and competitions, updating CVs, occasional requests, etc.)
- You produce and support the creation of marketing documents (flyers, brochures, ads, branded items, etc.) in partnership with our external providers (graphic designers, editors, printers)
- You manage the preparation and online publication of newsletters and other information (Deals&Cases, event announcements, news, etc.) internally (Intranet) and externally (mailing, website, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- You successfully organize webinars and external events (logistics, badges, etc.)
- You actively contribute to the organization of sports events sponsored by the Firm for its employees (announcement, registration management, production of T-Shirts)
- You manage CRM tools for layout and sending invitations, managing and tracking registrations
Your profile:
- You have a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in marketing and/or communication, ideally complemented by a SAWI or equivalent training
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar role
- You have experience in CRM management and digital technologies
- You are comfortable using social networks
- You have very good writing skills
- You work in French and English (spoken and written)
- You are comfortable in a demanding and constantly evolving environment
- You are proactive, flexible, organized, and autonomous
