- You lead and organize the secretariat and ensure a smooth process in daily business
- You are responsible for reporting and also write medical findings yourself if necessary
- You support the doctors in preparing tumor case discussions
- You take on administrative tasks and actively participate in the upcoming digital transformation
This is what you bring
- You have completed training as a medical secretary or hospital secretary
- You bring several years of professional experience; leadership experience is a plus
- You master German at level C2 GER and can ideally also communicate in Italian
- You are an upbeat personality, tackle problems, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
