YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE STONE UNIVERSE

• Leadership and coordination of the installation department as well as deployment planning of the installation teams
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality order processing from kitchen and bathroom countertops to wall claddings and floor coverings in indoor and outdoor areas
• Scheduling and resource management in close coordination with production, project management, and sales
• Cost, time, and quality control of all executed work
• Organization and optimization of installation processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for complaint management and quality assurance on construction sites
• Interface for our customers, internal departments, and external partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STONE UNIVERSE

• Completed vocational training in natural stone, carpentry, or tiling craft, ideally with further training in construction management, project management, or dispatch
• Several years of experience in team leadership and coordination of installation work
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
• Technical understanding and knowledge of common materials and installation methods in indoor and outdoor areas
• Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
• Resilience, initiative, and sense of responsibility
