About the job
The Foundation Welcome for Adolescent Girls specializes in caring for young girls between 15 and 18 years old presenting behavioral disorders, acute family issues, as well as difficulties integrating both professionally and socially. Located in the heart of Lausanne, it has a residential structure, a day program, and offers external care for former residents.
You provide socio-educational support during weekends, notably by proposing and organizing activities adapted to the needs and interests of the youth: cultural, sports, creative, or relaxation outings. These moments must be anticipated educationally, organizationally, and budget-wise. You collaborate with the educational team to ensure continuity of follow-up and the smooth running of activities.

Desired profile
- Considered trainings:
- Social Educator ES or HES, graduated or in progress
- Psychologist, bachelor or master
- ASE Federal VET Diploma
- Professional experience with adolescent public
- Excellent ability to supervise varied activities and manage unforeseen events calmly and autonomously
- Ease with teamwork and good communication
- Driver's license
