About the job
The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who need help and care through its services. Our offer includes somatic and psychiatric care as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region. Due to the expansion of our services in the evening and at night, we are looking for reinforcement.
Dipl. Nursing Professionals HF in Evening and Night On-Call Service
Your Task
- Performing all nursing services for our clients, mainly in the evening shift with a flexible start time (e.g., 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- Responsibility for the night on-call service (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) as well as for assignments in urgent cases of our clients throughout the region during the night
- Collaboration with an external triage center: At night, calls from our clients are received by an external company, triaged, and forwarded to you if necessary
- Monitoring the health status of clients as well as assessing and responding to complex, unforeseen, or rapidly changing situations
- Regular exchange and close cooperation with the day shift teams
- Active collaboration with external professionals and agencies
Your Profile
- Completed diploma as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Flexibility and willingness for assignments mainly in the evening and at night, also in remote areas
- Possibility to sleep at home during the night on-call service, provided your location is within 30 minutes by car from the base
- Enjoy working independently and the ability to make quick and well-founded decisions even in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and goal-oriented working style
- Good computer skills and a valid category B driving license
