Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (2-shift operation) 100%

Activities

In this position, you are responsible for the precise manufacturing of demanding workpieces on CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control (3-, 4- and/or 5-axis). You set up the CNC milling machines according to the TopSolid clamping plan, assemble the tools based on the TopSolid tool list, and operate a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device.
In addition, you process customer orders in compliance with applicable manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements, perform order-related bookings in the ERP system, and produce components according to drawings. Furthermore, you optimize and commission CAM-generated programs, carry out weekly machine maintenance according to operator instructions, and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Requirements

You have a basic education as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specializing in CNC milling, possess solid CNC knowledge, and are willing to work in a 2-shift operation. You have an exact and precise way of working, good communication skills in German (spoken and written), and demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as teamwork skills. Flexibility, loyalty, responsibility, and assertiveness complete your profile.
