Job Description

With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following tasks:

Manage the application lifecycle (quality, security, performance).
Plan and manage maintenance and technical evolutions.
Design and deploy new versions (releases).
Supervise operations and ensure service continuity.
Provide support and incident management.
Maintain documentation and compliance with standards.
Coordinate stakeholders and contribute to the improvement of the IT system.

Qualifications

To ensure our success, you will play a key role by bringing:

HES/ETS engineer, university degree or federal diploma in computer science
Comprehensive IT experience: application management, project monitoring, support and coordination of internal/external teams (TMA, suppliers).
Mastery of the Application Manager role and ITIL processes (incidents, problems, service continuity).
Strong technical skills: component installation, impact analysis, system integration, development knowledge and Java log reading.
Infrastructure & platform expertise: databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SQL), Linux, Openshift (asset), CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket).
Monitoring & testing tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Xray (tests), JIRA configuration (asset).
Security & identity knowledge: SAML, OIDC, Keycloak
