Customer Advisor IV Benefits in Kind (80% - 100%)
Your task is demanding and versatile.
Prostheses, shoe insoles, hearing aids, medical treatments for children and adolescents, etc. – the IV offers a wide range of aids and measures to support people with health impairments.
You manage and process your clients' files from registration to benefit determination. You obtain the necessary documents and initiate the required clarifications. Based on legal provisions, you determine the benefits and draft the decisions. You also handle objections, prepare rulings, and take on general administrative tasks. You are happy to provide telephone information to our clients.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this demanding role, you bring a commercial education (Profile E or M) or a medical education with commercial further training. In addition, you have gained several years of professional experience in an administrative role. You have a quick grasp and good verbal expression skills. You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by precise and efficient working methods.
