THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- As a lead developer, you expand our Bison OMS with the team, including concepts, strategies, development, knowledge distribution, rollout support
- You are responsible for releasing/deployment of OMS
- You work closely with the PO and PM of OMS
- Bug handling (bringing reported bugs to ready, if necessary acting as mediator to other teams)
- Member of the Bison Reporting Guild (contributing topics, knowledge distribution, moderating courses)
- Working with Kanban in Scrum mode
- Working with new but also "old proven" technologies
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- Experienced application developer, preferably in the reporting area
- Your heart beats for reporting - Crystal and Jasper are familiar to you and you are ready to deepen your knowledge in them
- You have experience, flair, and enthusiasm for organizational tasks, knowledge distribution, etc.
- You are eager to learn and curious
- Proactive pathfinder
- You live true responsibility and are self-organized
- Confident German in spoken and written form
