What to expect
- Personnel and professional leadership of the accounting team
- Responsibility for the proper accounting of several companies within the Brack.Alltron Group
- Ensuring correct and timely financial statements according to OR as well as consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Responsibility for tax matters including correct handling of VAT
- Central contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
- Management of liquidity situation and communication with banks
- Ensuring and further developing the internal control system (ICS)
- Further development of the accounting function, especially in the area of consolidation and asset accounting
- Optimization and digitization of processes and structures within the area of responsibility as well as close cooperation with controlling
What you bring
- Several years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance leadership role
- Closing expertise. That is, solid experience in preparing financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
- Proficient in Swiss tax law and consolidation
- Leadership experience as well as the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Education or further training in finance and accounting (e.g., FH, university, or auditing)
- High IT affinity and good process understanding in a trading company environment
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
- High integrity, independence, and sense of responsibility
- Very good communication skills at various hierarchical levels
- Experience with Navision is an advantage
