These are your tasks
- Evaluate and monitor market price and counterparty risks within the given limits and trigger the escalation process if limits are exceeded
- Expand and further develop existing risk management for energy trading in electricity, gas, and certificates
- Negotiate and conclude framework agreements for energy supply (EFET contracts) with counterparties
- Ensure implementation of regulatory requirements in financial management processes (mid-term plan, budget, forecast, and closing) as well as in internal value flows
- Actively participate in the annual tariffing processes for electricity, gas, district heating, and water
- Prepare analyses and reports for management
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, or similar
- Experience with risk management tools and techniques such as stress tests and scenario analyses
- At least basic knowledge of the energy industry, especially regarding energy trading
- Strong affinity for legal and regulatory topics (StromVG and StromVV)
