Job Description
You are the first point of contact in case of a problem. As a competent colleague, you support our IT teams in finding solutions and accompany changes from the request to the "go live". Together with your colleagues, you develop the core hospital applications and work hand in hand with our internal and external partners to provide ever better service to our clients.

- Continuously improve the change management process taking into account standardized methods and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate all change requests and prepare them for validation by the Change Advisory Board, considering SLAs and with minimal and acceptable risk for critical IT systems.
- Define the problem management process to proactively identify problems and be able to quickly implement solutions or workarounds.
- Collaborate with support, product and application managers, internal and external service providers to clearly clarify the root causes of a problem and resolve it appropriately and economically.
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge and proactively integrate it both inside and outside the IT department.
- Create an environment of trust and performance through effective communication at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, physics, or a similar field with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- In-depth and practical knowledge of ITIL and corresponding change and problem management.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to effectively prioritize and continuously adapt to changing priorities, demands, and schedules.
- Dynamic, innovative, and motivated by teamwork, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Able to work in a highly dynamic technical environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.
- Bilingual in German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
