For the region BS / BL / SO / AG / LU / BE, we are looking for a strong and reliable personality as Group Leader Heat Pumps (m/f/div.) for our own brand Buderus.
Job Description
- You lead the subordinate service technicians and support them technically and organizationally.
- You support sales and system consultants in the technical area.
- You ensure trouble-free operation of the systems and take over commissioning of new systems.
- You care for and advise existing maintenance and on-demand customers and inform them about maintenance contracts and services.
- You monitor the quality of the work of the subordinate service technicians and ensure the timely and complete processing of existing maintenance contracts.
- You train and develop the subordinate technicians technically and in customer relations.
- You handle customer complaints in consultation with the technical head of service.
- You implement the specified group goals and help monitor and optimize work processes in technical customer service.
- You independently carry out service, fault, and maintenance work on heat pumps, including instruction and handover to the end customer.
- You ensure a functioning on-call service and provide standby duty (24 h) in coordination with the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed EFZ training as well as advanced training in the field of heating systems (e.g., federal heating systems specialist), NIV 15 certification is an advantage
- Personality: Strong leadership, reliable, self-responsible, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the industry, leadership experience is an advantage
- Languages: Fluent German skills
