The Medical Association Cooperative relieves medical professionals by outsourcing business processes and providing modern eHealth solutions for administrative tasks.
As part of a comprehensive renewal initiative, a new practice information system is being developed that optimally supports service providers in their work processes and makes interaction with IT systems as simple and efficient as possible.

Medical Specialist (m/f)
Workload: 80-100%
Start: by agreement
Duration: permanent
Work location: Urdorf
Main tasks
- Bring the medical perspective into the interdisciplinary development team
- Provide expert advice on the design and further development of our digital practice information system
- Purposefully contribute practical experience from practice and/or outpatient operations
- Analyze and optimize medical workflows (e.g., appointment scheduling, patient documentation, prescriptions)
- Create and review realistic medical test data and use cases
- Prioritize professional requirements from the perspective of the medical profession
- Work closely with product management, UX design, software development, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Completed medical training - ideally as a doctor (e.g., general practice, practice representation, outpatient clinic, or with hospital experience)
- Several years of professional experience in a practice environment or in outpatient healthcare
- Very good understanding of medical workflows and documentation processes
- Strong affinity for digital solutions, structured data, and user-friendly software
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with development teams
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Advantageous:
- Experience in collaboration with software providers, e.g., as a subject matter expert or
- User acceptance tester in the development or introduction of medical software
