Human Resources Assistant at 50% to strengthen the administrative sector of our human resources service. Your workplace will be located at the General Management in Echallens. You will report to the HR director and your main mission will be to process and control salaries, ensure the follow-up of files, and guarantee the continuity of daily tasks inherent to the position. Your tasks:
- Advise, support, and assist staff with any administrative, salary, or social insurance questions.
- Prepare, process, and control salaries for all structures.
- Keep personnel files up to date and manage HR administration, including entries, departures, transfers, etc.
- Process and monitor various insurances (health, accidents, disability, military, etc.).
- Use and update internal databases on various media and programs.
- Create tools, dashboards, and procedures and ensure their application.
- Perform various correspondence, statistics, and support the HR director for different projects.
You know how to handle several activities simultaneously to achieve the set goal. Moreover, you plan and prioritize work efficiently, know how to manage contingencies, and take appropriate initiatives within your area of expertise. With a strong team spirit, you are autonomous, rigorous, and discreet. Holding a commercial employee CFC or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You possess excellent computer skills (MS Office), great ease with numbers, and master French both orally and in writing. Holding a certificate as a Personnel Management Assistant is an asset.
