We
- manage the office of the Swiss Association for Occupational Safety and Health
- offer specialized consulting services in corporate health management
- take on mandates as safety officers
- conduct basic and advanced training in the field of occupational safety and health protection
- provide the industry solution for the corporate safety system of the public sector (cantons, cities, municipalities, schools, etc.)
You
- have a degree as a commercial clerk (EFZ) and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- ideally have experience in occupational safety and health protection or a connection to public administration
- are characterized by an independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- are flexible, proactive, and strong in networked thinking
- possess organizational talent and assertiveness
- have a flair for numbers
- quickly familiarize yourself with new IT tools and excel in handling MS Office
Your task
- involves demanding and versatile administrative activities for the Swiss Association for Occupational Safety and Health
- means close cooperation and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
- includes organizing events and administrative support for courses
- involves supporting our consultants in administrative, organizational, and project-related tasks
- includes accounting activities such as invoicing
- requires a service-oriented and professional appearance
