Your tasks
- You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
- Preparation of dishes at various stations
- Mise-en-place for daily operations
- Incoming goods inspection
- Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

- Experience in the same or a similar position
- You enjoy cooking regional and fresh products
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
- Independent and responsible working style
- Keeping an overview in stressful situations
- Resilience, team player, and quick comprehension
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
