Apprenticeship in Brewing and Beverage Technology EFZ 2026 (m/f/d) 100%

During your 3-year training, you will be introduced to the diverse tasks of a brewing and beverage technologist. These include:

• Receiving goods, their storage, and further processing according to recipe
• In the cider mill, you will learn how fruit juice is made from Swiss apples and pears
• Monitoring and controlling production and bottling systems
• Laboratory analyses from goods receipt to goods dispatch

You bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• School diploma at level A or B
• Interest in scientific and mathematical subjects
• Fascination for food and working with modern systems
• Sense of responsibility and hygiene awareness
