For our location in Pfäffikon SZ we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as of August 1, 2026 or by arrangement as
HR Generalist 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Supporting the HR department in all operational activities
- Complete personnel administration from entry to exit
- Advising employees and supervisors on all HR topics
- Time and absence management (myabacus)
- Master data maintenance and payroll processing (abacus)
- Participation in processes such as salary comparison, training concept, digitization and modernization of the HR landscape, etc.
- Participation in HR projects as well as further development of personnel processes
You bring with you:
- Commercial basic training as well as completed HR further training (at least personnel assistant or personnel clerk)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Software knowledge of abacus and REXX is a great advantage
- Used to working independently and discreetly
- Team player
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is a must, good English skills desired, French and/or Italian skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
