Your tasks:
As the central contact person for students, lecturers, and program management, you accompany the entire administrative life cycle of the students – from enrollment to deregistration. You ensure the smooth operation of student administration for the Bachelor and Master programs of the University of Applied Sciences for Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geomatics as well as the University of Applied Sciences for Life Sciences.
This includes, among other things:
- The organization of module and exam registrations, the management of performance records, and the issuance of diplomas are your responsibility
- You record and maintain student data in the university administration system Evento and ensure service-oriented and efficient communication with all parties involved
This position is limited to 3 years, with the option of extension.
Your profile:
You are a positive, team-oriented, and resilient personality and appreciate daily interaction with students, lecturers, and colleagues. Furthermore, you work reliably and structured, always keep an overview even in intense phases, and complete your tasks efficiently, precisely, and with a high service orientation.
Additionally, you convince through:
- completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the higher education sector
- You enjoy working with digital tools – ideally you already have experience with Evento or are motivated to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new systems
- confident communication in German and English – both spoken and written
- ability to think in a networked way
