We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of different Treasury projects like, Treasury P&L Control and FX Sell Down.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Manage the implementation of multiple Treasury projects like Treasury P&L Control and FX Sell Down

Ensure proper requirement management

Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs

Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards

Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organisations

YOUR PROFILE

Proven track record in managing similar projects with respective CTB Budgets > 5mCHF in classic methodology

Experience in managing multiple projects with external / third party solution providers

Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)

Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)

Excellent presentation and communication skills on senior management level

Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance

Able to communicate and negotiate with different senior stakeholders from Business and IT

Sound skills in Jira and Confluence

Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience

Problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit

Fluency in English (written/verbal), German skills are highly preferred
